In front of the park in the centre of Limón City
If you like Chineese food, you want to be next to the ocean and right in the centre of Limón city and you don't to spend an arm and a leg for your stay (for instance during the Carnival) Brisas del Caribe is your best bet. If you're tired from your drive to Limón, stop here, have dinner and next door upstairs from the restaurant you'll find different simple rooms in different sizes.
This is a pedestrian area, so you'll have little noise and just cross the street you'll be in the park (don't go there at night) and a block away you can watch the Atlantic Sea and Ships coming and going to and from the port.
