Services: | Beachfront home fully equipped with all the amenities, full kitchen, and bathroom.The two story home is open-style architecture, all completed in tropical hard woods and while rustic, is fully equipped and comfortable. The second story is primarily a sleeping area, with two double beds and a single bed, sleeping five people in beds. Full bathroom, large deck with hammocks and lounging chairs. A wrap-around roofed veranda completely circles the house. Electricity is 12 volt only, and there are lights and fans. The facility is secure with twenty-four hour vigilance ensured by the property watchman. The home has its own private parking. |

Information: | At a latitude of only eight degrees above the Equator, Matapalo has a tropical wet climate. The dry season extends from mid-December through late April, and the rainy season is from May through mid-December. Temperatures range from 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit year round, and sunshine may be expected even in the rainy season, at least from May through mid-September. October is the wettest time of the year and except for those that like rain is perhaps the least desireable month of the year to consider a visit. |
