Location:	Vergel de Punta Mala, Osa. From the entrance to Vergel it is 4 km to Río Tico, 3 km to Ojochal, 18 km to Uvita, 36 km to Dominical, and 25 km to Palmar Norte.
Services:	Each roomy Safari Tent Bungalow is very comfortable and has a spacious terrace, a private bathroom and hot water. Four tents have King-sized beds and five tents have a combination of a Queen-sized bed and a single bed. There is a restaurant that serves sumptuous breakfasts and tasty lunches. Find yourself relaxing in a hammock in the tropical garden or taking a refreshing dip in the river's natural pools!
Information:	The Rio Tico Safari Lodge is a unique hotel near the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The Safari Tent Bungalows offer a direct and pure experience with the Costa Rican tropical rainforest and will unite you with its natural bounty. You will have beautiful views of the crystal clear river and surrounding mountains and can have a refreshing swim in the natural pools of the river. Explore the mountainous rainforest on foot or on a horseback. From August till October and from January till April you have an excellent opportunity to see humpback whales and dolphins in the nearby Marino Ballena National Park. You can explore the underwater world snorkeling or diving. Make a day trip to explore Corcovado National Park, the most ecologically undisturbed area of Costa Rica. At the end of an active day you can refresh yourself in the stunning waterfall nearby the lodge or relax at one of the beautiful nearby beaches.
