Human beings are free to believe and think what they want. This freedom of thought or of adhering to a faith is absolute in the private arena. It must not be limited under any circumstances. Within the liberty of belief is included also the right to erect temples, share religious teachings, read religious writings, and to publish ones own beliefs. The public exercise of ones own faith and religious ceremonies should only be restricted for the protection of others.
